The club provides structured programmes for both juniors and seniors, ensuring age-appropriate instruction for all participants. Senior Judo sessions cater to those aged 10 and above, while Junior Judo is designed for children between 5 and 10 years old.

Each programme emphasizes foundational techniques, discipline, and personal growth through the practice of judo.

New students can take advantage of a 2 week free trial, which includes six classes before正式 joining.

This trial allows families and individuals to experience the training environment and meet the instructors.

The club operates under the guidance of experienced coaches who bring deep roots in the local judo community. Sensei CJ Head Instructor leads as Head Instructor, bringing leadership and vision to the dojo’s curriculum. Sensei PK Sensei PK, also known as Paul, was born and raised in San Jose and has practiced judo from a young age, contributing long-term local expertise. Sensei Lindsay serves as Assistant Instructor, supporting skill development across all levels.

Together, the coaching team fosters a supportive atmosphere where confidence and technical proficiency grow in parallel.

Training takes place on Wednesday evenings from 7:30pm to 9:30pm and on Saturdays from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

These consistent weekly sessions allow judoka to progress steadily through the belt ranks.
