Training sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with junior classes running from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Senior practitioners follow with sessions from 7:30 PM to 8:40 PM. The club observes breaks during public and school holidays, ensuring alignment with local schedules.

Newcomers to judo receive a warm introduction through two free sessions, allowing them to experience the sport and meet the team.
